WHO: “Young Adults” - Loosely defined as those in their 20’s and 30’s, some in school, others professionals, some single, married or parents. All are invited—whether you have been to a gathering or part of a faith group like this, or this is something that is brand new to you.
WHAT: The idea is to create a space where we can slow down have some dinner and good conversation, learn about and take part in various spiritual practices, reflect on the challenges and hopes in our lives and God’s desire for us, etc. It’s a place where we can focus on our relationship with God and how it influences our interactions, the work we do, and our daily lives. Evenings are comprised of dinner/socialization, time to learn about a spiritual practice/topic, individual prayer time, and group conversation. Up-to-date events can be found on the parish facebook and Instagram accounts or email Nora to get on our mailing list!
Service opportunities are also offered if members of the group are interested.
“You can become what God your Creator knows you are, if only you realize that you are called to something greater. Ask the help of the Holy Spirit and confidently aim for the great goal of holiness. In this way, you will not be a photocopy. You will be fully yourself.” -Pope Francis
